While having a will or estate plan might not be on the top or your "to-do" list, drafting and executing a will through an attorney can provide piece of mind that your loved-ones know your final wishes.  While you can write a will without a lawyer, consulting with a competent attorney will allow you to avoid many of the "landmines" buried in probate law and ensures that your final wishes are carried out.

According to the AARP, less than 3 out of 5 Americans have a will.
